Disabled/Wounded Warrior Hunts

Each year the Washington County Chapter helps to recruit several disabled hunters, including wounded service men and women who would like to participate in a special pheasant hunt at the Whispering Emerald Ridge Game Farm in Menomonie, WI. Our chapter has provided funding in the past and there are always numerous chapter members who want to give back something to those who are disabled and have more challenges when it comes to hunting. Whispering Emerald Ridge has been hosting this event for over 20 years, and Dave helps to identify most of the disabled hunters, the volunteers, the dogs & handlers, and those who can provide the transportation into the field by UTVs/ATVs.
